Helter Skelter vs Stigmata tonght at Dragonfly...
Since we're part of the Clan Of Xymox show on our normal night of Helter Skelter, we decided to push our normal night up a week. So for this month only Helter Skelter falls on the first Saturday of the month, which happens to be tonight.
As we like to do, this month we're changing it around a bit. In the main room the Helter Skelter crew will be combining the Old School Goth Room & New Style Goth Room together, which will make a great mix of Music.
In the Side Room, we pull Stigmata out of moth balls, and bring it back for this night only. We only do Stigmata once or twice a year, our last night being June 2013. If you're not familiar with it, it's a night that spins 80's & 90's Alternative, New Wave, & Post Punk. It was the precursor to clubs like Blue Mondays & Clockwork Orange. It ran at the Probe in Hollywood from 1992 to 2000, then at Blue 2001-2003.
As always the Patio spins an obscure mix of Deathrock, Goth, & Punk. This weeks DJs will be Krieg Knight (diskco Nekro) and Gabe Beltran (wasteland)
Its $5 Before 10:30pm (Be in line when we open). and only $10 after. Heres a few tunes to get you in the mood...
